Milliken Europe offers a wide range of fabrics designed to meet the needs for passenger, light and heavy truck, bus, aircraft, industrial and agricultural tyres.
The range covers fabrics developed for use in the tread, shoulder and side wall of the tyre.
Milliken is using a variety of constructions with monofilament, twisted multifilament and textured multifilament yarns, designed to meet the specified needs.
Polyamide, polyester and Aramid yarns are used to fulfill the specified requirements.
Milliken has a chemical expertise to match the adhesion and non air diffusion required to a wide range of elastomers.
In addition, special processes enable us to offer square woven fabrics, bias slit fabrics, or precision slit into tapes which can be applied directly at the tyre building without calendering and slitting.
