Capply

Milliken offers a polyamide woven or knitted fabric used as Capply for several types of high performance tyres.
The fabric is treated to get the required adhesion, tacky level and slit to specified width to be used directly on the tyre building machine, avoiding calendering and slitting.
The product offered is a seamless tape (up to 6000 m per bobbin).
The tape is precision slit between the ends. Major advantage is no loose ends during processing.
